Sellers must provide accurate information, fulfill orders promptly, maintain product quality, and comply with all applicable food safety and business regulations.
4. Buyer Obligations
Buyers must provide accurate delivery information, be available to receive orders, and treat sellers and drivers with respect.
5. Payments and Fees
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Sellers agree to pay platform fees as outlined in our pricing page.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use TheMarket for any illegal purposes, to infringe on others' rights, or to disrupt or interfere with the platform's operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
TheMarket is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers. We provide the platform but do not guarantee the quality or safety of products sold.
